Our Philosophy

We believe that quality products begin with quality ingredients and purity is an intrinsic part of our cheese-making process. We strongly oppose the use of GMO’s in the production of animal feed and remain steadfast in the use of pure, natural milk. The factory is a GMO free zone and shall remain so in the future.

All packaging is produced from premium quality mostly recyclable materials, environmentally friendly. This means that they will naturally decompose over the course of time without posing harm to the environment and the animals that dwell there.

Having achieved products of distinctive taste and unrivalled quality, our goal is to increase our international market share. But despite our change in size and means of production, we still value three things above all: purity, flavour and quality. For this reason, we are confident that we will continue setting the standards in the production of fine-tasting authentic Greek cheese for consumers worldwide.
